ParSend began with a simple problem. Turkish shops sell things people abroad want, and most of them only deliver inside Türkiye.

Our team works from a warehouse in Istanbul, close to the stores and couriers our customers use. Being local is the point. We can speak to a shop in Turkish, sort out a wrong size and know when a delivery is simply running late.
We keep the service small and clear. One account, listed fees and a straight answer when something is not possible.

Who we work with
Most of our customers live abroad and shop Turkish stores for clothing, home goods, cosmetics and gifts. Some are buying for family, some are moving back and forth between two countries, and some simply found a brand they like that will not ship to them.
What we do not promise
We cannot control customs. Duties, taxes and import rules are decided by your destination country and vary by product and value. We prepare accurate paperwork and share every document, but the final charge and clearance decision are not ours to guarantee.
