Your address in Istanbul
Shop any Turkish store and use your ParSend address and suite number at checkout. We receive the parcel, record its weight and add photos to your account the same working day.
We place the order for you
Some Turkish stores only accept local cards or a local phone number. Send us the product link and we buy on your behalf, then check the item against your request when it arrives.
Fewer boxes, less weight
We combine parcels into a single box and remove shop boxes, hangers and filler that add weight without protecting anything. Fragile items keep their protection and we photograph the final box before it leaves.
No rush to ship
Every parcel is stored free for 30 days from the day it arrives. That is usually enough time to finish a sale, wait for a delayed item or gather gifts before one shipment home.
What each service costs
Fees are shown in euro. Everything is charged in Turkish lira at the exchange rate on the day you pay. Shipping is quoted by weight, size and destination when you choose your shipment.
Duties are separate
Import duties and taxes are charged by your own country and are not included in any ParSend fee. Rules vary by destination and by product, and ParSend cannot guarantee the amount or the clearance decision.
